Upright Farmers Walk Handles

The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8″ – the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16″ – traditional Farmers’ Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers’ Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

Combined with the Farmers Walk connectors to transform the Farmers’ Walk Handles into a Deadlift and Farmers walk platform.
